Personal Review

The main selling point for GoFreelance is that it is scaled down freelance service where job postings are free.  The scaled down service is a benefit for businesses as they can directly convey their project needs and specifications to the freelancer without unnecessary restrictions compared to other sites.

This does however come at a price because it may be harder to find out how a prospective freelancer has performed on other projects on the site.  Nevertheless, these types of rankings tend to be of less value on other sites due to an encouragement to inflate ratings to get good work performed on other projects.  Generally, you only find bad scores when work is not completed as there is a built in quid pro quo where the businesses are also given a rating score that is scored by the freelancers.

In the end, GoFreelance offers a quality service that will be just what many business and freelancers are looking for as it removes a number of barriers and lets you get to the most basic exchange of money for good work on a project.
